I Muretti is a farm of 13 hectares, currently in the conversion process to become certified organic.

Four hundred olive trees provide excellent, organic extra virgin olive oil. Three hectares of vineyards produce Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Rebola. Seventy varieties of aromatic and medicinal herbs characterize the cuisine and teas. The gardens, the orchard and the farmyard animals provide for our guests.

Each week we go to the garden and create the menu for the week ahead depending on the crop, the colours and the scents. So when you dine with us, the food and drink are not only local, they are from within just 200 meters from where you are sitting.
