I Muretti offers authentic cuisine which changes with the turning of the seasons.
The pasta is rigorously
“hand made”, and is available as gluten-free. Raw materials are sought after, the genuineness
of the products is sustained, and traditional recipes are proposed and revisited.
You will find local cheeses with seasonal jams, tagliatelle with knife-cut Bolognese ragout, pork
with wild apples, ice cream with herbs and much more.
The gluten-free, vegetarian, vegan and health-conscious guests will have a wide choice.
I Muretti are collaborating with genuine and sustainable farms. Our beef is sourced from “Azienda Agricola le Querce” by Stefano Serafini, our pork from “Aia Vecchia” by Mandrelli Chiara, and our cheeses from various small local producers.
